Dont Just Say No
In a world where solicitations and requests for your time and attention come at you thick and fast, it often feels like the easiest response is ‘no’. There can be a lot of junk to filter through to sift out the good stuff, and just like with email, sometimes the good stuff gets filtered out with the junk. In this sermon Fr. Garrett takes a look at when our human inclination to reject opportunities presented to us gets in the way of our ability to be inspired and strengthened by the presence of God. Take care that God’s invitations to you to worship, pray, read scripture, fellowship with other Christians, and serve other don’t get swept away in your junk filter.
