Organ Concert to Benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

  • St. Stephen's Episcopal Church 50 Bedford Road Armonk, NY, 10504 United States (map)

Join acclaimed international organist James Hicks as he performs organ works as part of his two-year fundraising campaign for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Featuring the work of Nordic composers, this concert is one in a series of many throughout the world in memory of his dear friend, Chris Rawlings, who died in 1981, aged 22, of cystic fibrosis. Part fundraising, part pilgrimage, Hicks aims not only to inspire his audiences with a superlative musical experience, but to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis. The evening will also, therefore, feature a short presentation from a young person living with this devastating disease.

A reception follows this concert, and is included in your ticket. There is no fixed ticket price, and you are invited to give as generously as you are able.
